SpiceOS provides a direct-to-consumer ordering platform for restaurants. By using our service, merchants agree to pay a fixed monthly subscription fee instead of per-order commissions.
Merchants are responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of the food ordered through the platform. SpiceOS is not liable for any food-related disputes or delivery delays caused by 3rd party logistics partners.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Failure to pay within the grace period will result in temporary suspension of the ordering link.
SpiceOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
